HoneyChat Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 September 2026 · These terms govern your use of honeychat.run and the HoneyChat service.

By opening HoneyChat you accept the terms below. They set out who may use the service, what is allowed inside a chat, how memberships and refunds work, and what happens if something goes wrong. Please read them before you subscribe.

Terms and conditions

1. 1. AgreementThese terms form a binding agreement between you and HoneyChat. If you do not accept them, do not create an account and do not use the service.
2. 2. Adults onlyYou must be at least 18 years old, or older where your jurisdiction sets a higher age of majority, and you confirm this every time you sign in.
3. 3. What HoneyChat providesHoneyChat offers interactive entertainment: fictional companions you can chat with, configure and revisit. Nothing on the platform is a real person, a relationship service or professional advice.
4. 4. Fictional charactersAll companions, names, biographies and images are fictional creations. Any resemblance to a real individual is unintended and coincidental.
5. 5. Not adviceCompanion replies are entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological or crisis guidance, and must never be relied on as such. In an emergency contact local emergency services.
6. 6. Your accountYou are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account.
7. 7. One account per personAccounts are personal. You may not share, sell, rent or transfer your account, and you may not maintain multiple accounts to bypass limits or promotions.
8. 8. Acceptable useYou agree not to use HoneyChat for anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, deceptive or harmful to other people or to the platform itself.
9. 9. Prohibited contentYou must never submit content involving minors, non-consenting persons, real identifiable individuals presented sexually, violence, extremism, trafficking or illegal goods. Such use ends the account immediately.
10. 10. No circumventionYou may not attempt to bypass safety filters, rate limits, paywalls or access controls, or to make companions produce prohibited content by indirect prompting.
11. 11. No automated accessScraping, crawling, bulk querying, reverse engineering and automated interaction with the service are not permitted without our written consent.
12. 12. Service integrityYou may not upload malicious code, probe our infrastructure, overload it, or interfere with other members' use of HoneyChat.
13. 13. Your content licenceYou keep your rights in what you write. You grant HoneyChat a limited licence to store and process it solely to run the service, maintain continuity and comply with law.
14. 14. Our intellectual propertyThe HoneyChat name, branding, design, code, characters and imagery belong to HoneyChat or its licensors. You receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service, nothing more.
15. 15. Free accessSome features are available at no charge. We may change, limit or withdraw free features at any time without notice.
16. 16. MembershipsPaid plans unlock additional features. The price, billing period and included features are shown before you confirm the purchase.
17. 17. Recurring billingMemberships renew automatically at the end of each period using your saved payment method until you cancel. Renewal prices are the prices published at the time of renewal.
18. 18. CancellationYou may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
19. 19. RefundsExcept where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, payments for digital services already delivered are non-refundable. Billing errors and duplicate charges are always corrected.
20. 20. Price changesWe may change plan prices. Changes never affect a period you have already paid for, and we give reasonable advance notice before the next renewal.
21. 21. TaxesPrices may exclude local taxes. You are responsible for any tax, duty or bank fee your jurisdiction or payment provider applies.
22. 22. ChargebacksPlease contact support before disputing a charge. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended until the matter is settled.
23. 23. Third-party servicesPayments, sign-in providers and other integrations are operated by third parties under their own terms, which apply alongside these terms.
24. 24. AvailabilityWe aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, updates, provider outages and events beyond our control may interrupt the service.
25. 25. Changes to the serviceFeatures, companions, limits and interfaces may change as HoneyChat develops. We may add, alter or retire any part of the platform.
26. 26. Suspension and terminationWe may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, harms other members, or is used fraudulently, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
27. 27. Your right to leaveYou can delete your account whenever you wish. Deletion ends this agreement, subject to the clauses that survive termination.
28. 28. Disclaimer of warrantiesThe service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
29. 29. Limitation of liabilityTo the extent the law allows, HoneyChat is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
30. 30. IndemnityYou agree to hold HoneyChat harmless from claims, damages and costs arising out of your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.
31. 31. Governing law and disputesThese terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes should first be raised with support.
32. 32. MiscellaneousIf a clause is held invalid, the rest stays in force. We may update these terms and will publish the new date above; continued use after publication means you accept the revision. Questions go to support@honeychat.run.
